The hotel was in a stunning and amazing location, in a restaurant for a long time.

Amazing bed, luxurious bathroom and a safe, television, and a mini-fridge-bar in the room. Well priced and large breakfast and variety of goodies.

The pool area at The Sebel was fantastic, with beautiful landscaping and stunning views over the lake. The air conditioning in the rooms was very effective and the bathrooms were luxurious. The pool was a highlight, especially thanks to Finn at the bar who was extremely friendly and helpful.

While the overall experience was enjoyable, there were a few drawbacks. The front desk staff on arrival were rude and not attentive.

Room amenities were lacking, with only 2 teaspoons provided and no other eating utensils. No bottle opener and no microwave in the room made it difficult to use the room for eating and drinking.

We were given a complementary bottle of wine for our anniversary and had an amazing view of the lake from our clean and comfortable room. The beautiful infinity pool and stunning views of the water from the resort were amazing. The restaurant had delicious food and was reasonably priced. the location was great for exploring the surrounding walking trails.

There seemed to be a lack of training for the staff which led to some confusion. some parts of the hotel were not yet open, such as the spa and pool bar.
